Time flies so fast, it’s already March! Can you believe it? Spring is finally coming full force, and I’m telling you, you need to take care of yourself! What do you think? How much are you focusing on yourself right now? You should be doing a lot! Let me give you some tips on how to improve yourself in March!

I’m telling you what to do!

🌷Buy flowers: Let’s start at the beginning; I would first buy flowers for myself! I love flowers, and did you know that scent can affect your mood? Plants derive their pleasant fragrances from essential oils. Aromas influence our emotional and physical state; lavender, for example, has a calming, relaxing effect on the nerves.

☕️Tea party: I think there’s nothing better than being in good company! And what better occasion than a tea (or cocktail) party! They say, “Show me your friends, and I’ll tell you who you are,” which is very true! Such an event can uplift you, especially if you’re among motivating people who inspire you! Invite the girls over for a tea party!

🌳Go to the park: I believe everyone knows how beneficial it is to move around, especially in nature! You don’t have to go alone; invite a friend or take your dog for a walk! Inviting someone else not only benefits you but also the other person! Surely, there’s a favorite spot in your city where you can take a leisurely stroll.

🪴Gardening: I think now is the best time to start gardening! With the sun shining, although the air might still be chilly if you stay out too long, and there are no more frosts, you can start planting! Need some tips on what to plant? I’ll definitely go for vegetables! There’s nothing better than growing your own veggies with your own hands; trust me, they’ll taste much better!
